Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with FrenchLensPhotography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A session is considered confirmed only after receiving full payment or a non-refundable deposit, as agreed at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made via [insert methods: PayPal, bank transfer, Cash, Card, Zelle, etc.].

  • Session times are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in loss of deposit or full payment, unless due to emergencies or extreme weather.

  • In case of illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, I reserve the right to reschedule or refund your session.

  • Go to our refund policy to get more details about the cancellation.

3. Session Details

  • Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive promptly to make the most of your session.

  • Late arrivals may reduce your shooting time and will not extend the session.

  • It is your responsibility to secure any required permissions for shooting at specific locations.

4. Image Delivery

  • Edited digital images will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks via an online gallery or file transfer (e.g., Google Drive, WeTransfer).

  • The number of final images delivered depends on the session type and will be clearly communicated before booking.

  • RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

5. Copyright & Usage

  • FrenchLensPhotography retains the copyright of all images.

  • Clients receive a personal license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., printing, social media).

  • Clients may not edit, resell, or use the photos for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • With your consent, I may use select images for portfolio, website, or social media purposes. You can opt out at any time.

6. Liability

  • I take great care during every session, but I am not responsible for:

    • Accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the shoot

    • Weather-related issues or uncontrollable environmental factors

  • If technical issues (e.g., camera failure) occur, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

7. Client Cooperation

  • Your cooperation and communication are essential for a successful session.

  • By booking, you confirm that all participants have consented to be photographed.
